December… Cold… The sun shows up just once a week… So where do we get all this energy from? Thanks to our conversations with the participants of the 4th edition of the Legia Sport Business Programme at the Legia Training Center during another series of industry education sessions. Each of these meetings is an opportunity to gain knowledge and build valuable relationships and exchange experiences.
On Saturday, December 14th, we explored the communication mechanisms in sports organizations with our exceptional speakers.
The first speaker was Artur Adamowicz, an experienced strategic communication expert who shared insights into creating communication policies for clubs and personal brands. He emphasized the importance of tailoring communication strategies to the changing expectations of audiences and the dynamic media environment.
The next part of the program featured Bartosz Zasławski, Press Officer of Legia Warsaw, who demonstrated how to organize information management in a professional sports organization. In his presentation, he highlighted the role of precise information handling and media collaboration, as well as the importance of transparency in building trust.
The final presentation was delivered by Jakub Myszkorowski, Head of Development Projects at LTC. He focused on the role of storytelling in building engagement and connection with sports brands. He also discussed the challenges of crisis communication, providing practical examples of situations where an effective media response was crucial.
After an intensive day of learning, it was time for some fun. Participants had the opportunity to tour the modern facilities of the Legia Training Center and test their skills on the interactive cube trainer by skills.lab. This innovative device enables training in reflexes, concentration, and reaction speed, offering an excellent complement to traditional training methods.
