This is precisely why so much effort, planning, and operational procedures focus on delivering the highest-quality matchday experience – safe, well-coordinated, comfortable, and enriched with additional value for supporters.
These topics were at the centre of discussions during the second day of the second session of the fifth edition of the Legia Sport Business Programme, held on 15 November at Legia Training Center.
The session featured the following speakers:

Kinga Święcicka, Director of Events & Security at Legia Warszawa S.A., who discussed safety management and the operational complexity behind large-scale sports events.

Agata Jurek, creator of the Praca w Sporcie podcast, who offered insights into hospitality in the UEFA Champions League and shared her experience from match operations at Manchester City Football Club.

Bernadetta Nalewajek, Director of Premium Sales & Product Development, who presented how Legia develops its premium offering to meet the expectations of supporters seeking enhanced comfort.

Rafał Głowacki, Wawa Events & Hospitality, who explained how stadium catering teams can serve 30–40 percent of total food and beverage demand within the brief 12–15-minute half-time window.
Participants also had the opportunity to explore Legia Training Center during a study visit led by Wojciech Rokicki, CEO of LTC, who showcased the operations of one of the most modern training facilities in Central Europe.
The programme included a visit to the Champions Skills Lab, where attendees were able to see how cognitive abilities are developed among players of the Legia Warsaw Football Academy.
